Many of our clients purchase a new or used Mercedes-Benz, Chrysler, Jeep, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo or FIAT from outside the Rotorua District and prefer to have them serviced at GB European because it is more efficient. Aside from the convenience, our clients enjoy the personal service we offer. It is perfectly acceptable for warranty and other requirements that your vehicle is serviced by GB European, as we are the authorised agent in the area for the brands listed.

Normally we can access any parts from anywhere in the country by overnight courier. Any specialist parts, i.e. genuine key orders, are usually an overseas order from the country of origin-France for Peugeot, Germany for Mercedes-Benz etc. The turnaround is normally very quick, especially if the vehicle is off the road.

Terms are strictly cash, unless prior arrangement has been made with management. Payment is expected upon collection of your vehicle or parts.

We are open from 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. Saturday by appointment.
